Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 pound ground pork
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice or nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup light cream
How To Make swedish meatballs

Step 1Mix first 9 ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into small balls. Brown meatballs in skillet and remove. Add flour to drippings. Stir to a smooth paste. Add water and cream and cook stirring until thickened. Return meatballs to skillet. Heat to serving temperature. Makes 6 servings.
