I come from a small area in Nebraska, Stromsburg Nebraska, the Swedish Capital of Nebraska. I am also Swedish and German on my fathers side. These Swedish Ham Balls are one of my Sons favorite meals along with my homemade Mac N Cheese. This recipe comes from my Grandmother Anderson (my Late fathers mother) These have been at every Christmas dinner that I can recall. I hope you enjoy them just as much as my family and friends love them. Enjoy!!!
