stuffed spare ribs with sour kraut
My Dad loved this recipe. Originally Mom had this large needle that she threaded string through and she sewed the ribs closed. That was time consuming and pretty funny! The sour kraut has a different taste after cooking between the pork ribs. The ribs are falling off the bone after cooking so long. This is a very good meal for a Sunday Dinner.
