Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced thin & tenderized
- 1 large raw, jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 medium white onion
- 1 can tomato and chilis (rotel)
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
How To Make spicy pork medallions

Step 1Slice pork tenderloin & pound with meat tenderizer

Step 2cover on both sides with spices

Step 3place in a bowl & cover with sauce, tomato, onion & jalapeno. refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4spray a skillet with cooking spray & use high heat. add total contents turning often until brown.

Step 5cover and cook on medium 15-20 minutes. serve hot.
