Smokey Sriracha Ribs (low carb)

The flavor in these ribs was perfect for everyone in my household, dieting or not.

1 1/2 lbcountry ribs (what i used was a small cut of ribs)
2 Tbspmelted butter
2 Tbspsriracha chili sauce
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspall natural steak n chop seasoning (weber)
2 tspsplenda brown sugar (you could use reg brown sugar if desired)
·salt and pepper
How to Make Smokey Sriracha Ribs (low carb)
- Mix all ingredients except for ribs. Marinate ribs in this mixture about 1 hour prior to cooking.
- Heat cast iron grill/skillet over medium heat (I spray with PAM) until good and hot. Add marinated ribs to hot skillet. Cook on each side about 5 minutes each (depends on size of ribs, may need to cook longer for thicker ribs). I did cover this square skillet with a round lid inbetween turning. Turn off heat and let ribs sit covered for about 8 to 10 minutes before serving.
- NOTE: You could smoke these on an outdoor grill if desired.
To keep my plate low carb, I had green beans and a cauliflower mash.
