Ingredients
- 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 - boneless pork loin chops
- 1 large onion, chopped or sliced
- 1 - chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make slow cooker pork 'n' cabbage

Step 1In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in a small amount of olive oil.

Step 2Place browned chops in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend.

Step 3Cook on LOW setting, covered, for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH setting for 4 hours.
