This is a recipe I found online and modified from skillet to slow cooker. I also tweaked the amounts from two servings to four servings.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped or sliced
  • 1
    chopped sweet red pepper
  • 2 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 large
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How to Make SLOW COOKER PORK 'N' CABBAGE

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in a small amount of olive oil.
  2. Place browned chops in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
  3. Cook on LOW setting, covered, for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH setting for 4 hours.
