Ingredients
- 5 pounds country style ribs
- 1-1/2 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Step 1trim any fat from ribs. Place ribs in a 4-quart slow-cooker. In bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, onion, celery, mustard, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, garlic and thyme.

Step 2Pour sauce over ribs. Cover, cook on low 10 hrs, or on high for 5-1/2 hrs, or until meat is very tender and falling off the bones.

Step 3Use a slotted spoon to remove ribs. Skim fat from sauce. Serve sauce in a bowl along side the ribs.
