- 3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry juice
- 3/4 cup apple juice, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water
How To Make savory pork roast

Step 1Combine cranberry and apple juices, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat.

Step 2Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Remove roast to a plate and keep warm.

Step 3In a sauce pan, stir cornstarch into the cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from the roast. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over pork
