Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    boneless pork loin roast
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 3/4 c
    apple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water

How to Make savory pork roast

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cranberry and apple juices, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat.
  2. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Remove roast to a plate and keep warm.
  3. In a sauce pan, stir cornstarch into the cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from the roast. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over pork
