Ingredients For savory pork roast

  • 3 lb
    boneless pork loin roast
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 3/4 c
    apple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water

How To Make savory pork roast

  • 1
    Combine cranberry and apple juices, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat.

    Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Remove roast to a plate and keep warm.

    In a sauce pan, stir cornstarch into the cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from the roast. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over pork
