boneless pork loin roast

unsweetened cranberry juice
3/4 c
apple juice, unsweetened
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/8 tsp
black pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp
3 Tbsp
cold water

How to Make savory pork roast


  • 1Combine cranberry and apple juices, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat.
  • 2Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Remove roast to a plate and keep warm.
  • 3In a sauce pan, stir cornstarch into the cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from the roast. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over pork
