Ingredients
- 6 ounces pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make sausage wild rice casserole

Step 1Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile brown sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat. Combine rice, sausage and remaining ingredients in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6-8 servings.
