How to Make Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
- 1In a sauce pan, cook sausage till brown
- 2in another sauce melt your butter, once melted add your flour and stir well.Cook flour/butter mixture a few minutes to take the raw flour taste out.
after the flour/butter mixture is cooked, add your milk and wisk, consently until it starts to thicken
- 3once sauce is thick,add sausage(DO NOT DRAIN GREASE) salt and pepper to taste. pour over biscuits and enjoy.
