A different, excellent side dish for the holidays. This has an addicting creamy Dijon sauce to go over. Great side but it is a better low-carb meal. If You want more carbs for a hearty meal add small quartered red potatoes to the pan.

Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts halved
- 2 cups red onion, cut in wedges
- 8 ounces kielbasa 1/2in thick slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - s&p
- CREAM SAUCE
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
How To Make roasted brussels, onions & kielbasa w/cream sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 450. Toss sprouts, onion and kielbasa in bowl w/ oil, salt, & pepper. Spread on single layer on baking sheet. Roast till browned and tender about 20 mins in oven. o

Step 2Simmer cream ingredients in sauce pan over low heat for 10mins till slickly thickened. Serve cream over roasted brussel sprouts.
