    mccormick steak seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 2 lb
    pork loin roast

How to Make Roasted balsamic pork loin


  1. In lg measuring cup or bowl, dissolve steak seasoning in vinegar. Stir in oil. Place pork in lg resealable bag, pour marinade over pork.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Heat oven to 350. Place prok w/ marinade in a roasting pan. Cook about 1 hr, or until no longer pink inside.
