  • 6or7 clove
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1
  • 1 pkg
    jamaican pork rub
  • to taste
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c
    oregano, dried
  • 8
    bacon, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 6to8
  • 2 1/8 c

How to Make pork roast


  1. put salt, pepper,paprika, bacon, garlic, onion & some jamiacan rub on bottom of pot
  2. cut holes into roast and put garlic slices into it,
  3. rub oil over roast, then rest of seasonings over it
  4. put into pot and cover with rest of bacon
  5. add onions and rest of galic to the pot and ontop of roast
  6. put into oven at 450 f. for 3 1/2 hrs.
  7. then add the potatoes and your chioce of veggies for another 45 min.
