Ingredients

  • 6or7 cloves garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 package jamaican pork rub
  • to taste - salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup oregano, dried
  • 8 - bacon, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, sweet mild
  • 6to8 - potato
  • 2 1/8 cups veggies

How To Make pork roast

  • Step 1
    put salt, pepper,paprika, bacon, garlic, onion & some jamiacan rub on bottom of pot
  • Step 2
    cut holes into roast and put garlic slices into it,
  • Step 3
    rub oil over roast, then rest of seasonings over it
  • Step 4
    put into pot and cover with rest of bacon
  • Step 5
    add onions and rest of galic to the pot and ontop of roast
  • Step 6
    put into oven at 450 f. for 3 1/2 hrs.
  • Step 7
    then add the potatoes and your chioce of veggies for another 45 min.
