    loin pork chops
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    beef bouillon crystals
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How to Make Pork Chops in Sour Cream Sauce


  1. Sprinkle pork chops generously with garlic salt and brown in large skillet. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, and bouillon. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
  2. Remove chops and keep warm. Combine 1/4 cup water and flour. Add to cooking liquid slowly but constantly stirring until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream. DO NOT BOIL.
  3. Serve chops with sauce on top.
