Ingredients
- 6 - loin pork chops
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- - garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon crystals
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make pork chops in sour cream sauce

Step 1Sprinkle pork chops generously with garlic salt and brown in large skillet. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, and bouillon. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.

Step 2Remove chops and keep warm. Combine 1/4 cup water and flour. Add to cooking liquid slowly but constantly stirring until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream. DO NOT BOIL.

Step 3Serve chops with sauce on top.
