How to Make Pork Chops in Sour Cream Sauce
1Sprinkle pork chops generously with garlic salt and brown in large skillet. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, and bouillon. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
2Remove chops and keep warm. Combine 1/4 cup water and flour. Add to cooking liquid slowly but constantly stirring until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream. DO NOT BOIL.
3Serve chops with sauce on top.
