I call this Pork Basille after my British friend had me for lunch and this is what she made. I love this dish...

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin cut in chunks
- 3 large oinions sliced
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms (your choice)
- 1 can french style green beans
- 5 - carrots sliced
- 2 - jalapeno peppers seeded and diced fine
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 jar bertolli vodka sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - wild rice, cooked
How To Make pork basile

Step 1Cube the pork and brown in a large Dutch oven with salt, pepper bay leaf. I use olive oil and about 3 tablespoons of butter

Step 2then add, sliced onions, carrots, green beans (drained) mushrooms and jalapeno. Sautee for about 15 minutes

Step 3Add Bertolli Vodka sauce stir. Add heavy cream. Taste for seasoning. Add more if needed. Let simmer for 3 hours or until pork is fork tender serve with brown rice and a hot roll
