Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    pork sausage
  • 2 c
    cheese (personal favorite)
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    mushroom pieces
  • 1 medium
    onion
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 jar(s)
    marinara
  • 1 bag(s)
    french or italian loaf, (already made). slice horizontally if not already done.

How to Make Pizza Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice and Caramelize onions, then add meat. Once meat has been browned, drain them in a colander. Put meat and onions back in your cooking pan and add all other spices and condiments (except cheese). Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Spoon filling onto both loaf halves that have been sliced horizontally
  3. Place 1 cup cheese on top each half of loaf and place in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or till cheese is melted.
