Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 2 cups cheese (personal favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 jar marinara
  • 1 bag french or italian loaf, (already made). slice horizontally if not already done.

How To Make pizza loaf

  • Step 1
    Dice and Caramelize onions, then add meat. Once meat has been browned, drain them in a colander. Put meat and onions back in your cooking pan and add all other spices and condiments (except cheese). Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Spoon filling onto both loaf halves that have been sliced horizontally
  • Step 3
    Place 1 cup cheese on top each half of loaf and place in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or till cheese is melted.
