1Dice and Caramelize onions, then add meat. Once meat has been browned, drain them in a colander. Put meat and onions back in your cooking pan and add all other spices and condiments (except cheese). Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2Spoon filling onto both loaf halves that have been sliced horizontally
3Place 1 cup cheese on top each half of loaf and place in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes or till cheese is melted.
