  • 1 jar(s)
    peach preserves
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1-3/4 lb
    boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taset

How to Make Peach-dijon pork loin

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow roasting pan w/cooking spray. In bowl, stir together preserves and mustard. Season roast w/ salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Place pork loin in pan, pour preserves over pork. Roast about 1-1/2 hrs.
