- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1-3/4 pound boneless pork loin roast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taset
How To Make peach-dijon pork loin

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow roasting pan w/cooking spray. In bowl, stir together preserves and mustard. Season roast w/ salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 2Place pork loin in pan, pour preserves over pork. Roast about 1-1/2 hrs.
