  • 1 jar peach preserves
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1-3/4 pound boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper to taset

How To Make peach-dijon pork loin

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow roasting pan w/cooking spray. In bowl, stir together preserves and mustard. Season roast w/ salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Step 2
    Place pork loin in pan, pour preserves over pork. Roast about 1-1/2 hrs.
