peach preserves
3 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1-3/4 lb
boneless pork loin roast
1 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taset

How to Make Peach-dijon pork loin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow roasting pan w/cooking spray. In bowl, stir together preserves and mustard. Season roast w/ salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • 2Place pork loin in pan, pour preserves over pork. Roast about 1-1/2 hrs.
