- 4 - 1-inch thick pork chops

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 days. Prepare barbecue. Season pork with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Makes 4 servings.
