  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup canned low fat chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
  • 4 - 1-inch thick pork chops

How To Make mustard pork chops

  • Step 1
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 days. Prepare barbecue. Season pork with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Makes 4 servings.
