Ingredients
- 2 cups bread crumbs, fresh
- 3/4 cup yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium apple, finely chopped
- 2 - eggs
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1/2 pound sausage, hot
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.

Step 2IN LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS.

Step 3LIGHTLY MIX IN GROUND BEEF AND SAUSAGE.

Step 4THEN ADD CRUMBS, ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER AND APPLE. TOGETHER WITH HORSERADISH, SALT, MUSTARD, MILK AND KETCHUP.

Step 5MIX AND THEN SHAPE INTO AN OVAL LOAF. SPREAD TOP WITH KETCHUP [APPROXIMATELY 1/2 CUP].

Step 6BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES.
