How to Make Meat lovers bacon-wrapped pork loin
- Heat oven to 400. Cook bacon in lg skillet,over med-high until cooked, but not crisp. Drain on paper towels and cool.
- Wrap pork loin w/ bacon slices, secure w/a couple toothpicks. In small bowl, mix together garlic powder, seasoned salt, basil and oregano. Slice pork between bacon slices, into medallions.
- Dip each pork medallion into seasonings. Melt butter and oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook medallions 4 mins on each side. Place medallions on a baking sheet and cook 15 mins.
