How To Make meat lovers bacon-wrapped pork loin
Heat oven to 400. Cook bacon in lg skillet,over med-high until cooked, but not crisp. Drain on paper towels and cool.
Wrap pork loin w/ bacon slices, secure w/a couple toothpicks. In small bowl, mix together garlic powder, seasoned salt, basil and oregano. Slice pork between bacon slices, into medallions.
Dip each pork medallion into seasonings. Melt butter and oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook medallions 4 mins on each side. Place medallions on a baking sheet and cook 15 mins.
