The orange juice makes these chops very juicy, yum! And they are very quick to cook!

Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of any fat
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

How To Make juicy honey pork chops

  • Step 1
    Season chops w/ salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet, over meedium heat. Brown chops on both sides.
  • Step 2
    In bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 mins, or until pork is no longer pink inside.
  • Step 3
    Serve w/ sauce spooned over chops.
