- 4 - boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of any fat
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
How To Make juicy honey pork chops

Step 1Season chops w/ salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet, over meedium heat. Brown chops on both sides.

Step 2In bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 mins, or until pork is no longer pink inside.

Step 3Serve w/ sauce spooned over chops.
