1Cook pasta while preparing sausage. Remove sausage from casting, crumble and brown Drain grease if there is any. Add tomatoes, salt, Italian herbs, nutmeg and garlic stems. Add cream and bring to a slightly boil. Turn down to simmer and add parmesan cheese. Cook till slightly thickened, Pour over cooked and drained pasta. Toss and serve with green salad.
2I used only Hot Italian sausage, It I didn't have Hot Italian Sausage I would have added some crushed peppers.
