Ingredients
- 6 - hot or sweet italian sausage or a mix of both.
- 12 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 teaspoon italian herb seasoning by mccormack freshly ground
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 2/3 teaspoon freshly chopped fine garlic green stems or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can 14 oz dice tomates
How To Make italian sausage in tomato cream sauce

Step 1Cook pasta while preparing sausage. Remove sausage from casting, crumble and brown Drain grease if there is any. Add tomatoes, salt, Italian herbs, nutmeg and garlic stems. Add cream and bring to a slightly boil. Turn down to simmer and add parmesan cheese. Cook till slightly thickened, Pour over cooked and drained pasta. Toss and serve with green salad.

Step 2I used only Hot Italian sausage, It I didn't have Hot Italian Sausage I would have added some crushed peppers.
