1cut pork in diagonal slices 8 recommended. pound each to 1/4-inch thickness. place the flour and eggs in separate shallow bowls. in another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. dip pork in the flour, eggs, then the breadcrumb mixture.
