lean angus ground beef
2 lb
meadium to hot " heat " ground pork
3 can(s)
10 3/4 ounces - your favorite brand of tomato soup
3 medium
green bell peppers, diced fine
3 medium
red bell peppers, diced fine
3 medium
yellow onions, diced fine
1/2 c
spicy brown mustard
4 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
3/4 c
packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
2 tsp
ground black pepper
12 clove
garlic - minced
plenty of hamburger buns, split

  • 1Cook the beef and pork together in a stock pot over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.

    Drain off any fat.
  • 2Combine the beef, soup, green peppers, red peppers, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, onions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic,vinegar, brown sugar and black pepper in a 7 quart Crock Pot.
  • 3Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours* or until the vegetables are tender. Divide the beef mixture among the buns.
