Ingredients
- 4 pounds lean angus ground beef
- 2 pounds meadium to hot " heat " ground pork
- 3 cans 10 3/4 ounces - your favorite brand of tomato soup
- 3 medium green bell peppers, diced fine
- 3 medium red bell peppers, diced fine
- 3 medium yellow onions, diced fine
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 12 cloves garlic - minced
- 2 jars plenty of hamburger buns, split
- 2 jars canned tomatoes

Step 1Cook the beef and pork together in a stock pot over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Drain off any fat.

Step 2Combine the beef, soup, green peppers, red peppers, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, onions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic,vinegar, brown sugar and black pepper, canned tomatoes in a 7 quart Crock Pot.

Step 3Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours* or until the vegetables are tender. Divide the beef mixture among the buns. Enjoy!!!!!!
