Really, really didn't feel like cooking today, I had a variety of sausages in the fridge, Hamburger Helper Bold to the rescue. Adding onions, garlic, cumin, and other seasonings set it off nicely, be advised, this recipe has some heat, to cut back on it replace Scott Petersen hot links with something milder. Our garnishes were sour cream and onion dip, chopped fresh tomatoes, and cheese, garlic bread, and a green salad completed...yum.
