pork stuffing mix, i used pepperidge farms
1/4 c
dried cranberries
2 lb
boneless pork loin roast
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/4 c
orange marmalade
14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce

How to Make Easy glazed pork roast


  • 1Heat oven to 350 Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Prepare stuffing as directed on box, stir in cranberries, let cool.
  • 2Place roast in pan, sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Cut 7 slits into pork at intervals. Don't cut all the way through.
  • 3Evenly spoon stuffing into slits. In bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, marmalade and parsley. Pour evenly over pork. Bake 50 mins.
