Ingredients
- 1 box pork stuffing mix, i used pepperidge farms
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 - 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
How To Make easy glazed pork roast

Step 1Heat oven to 350 Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Prepare stuffing as directed on box, stir in cranberries, let cool.

Step 2Place roast in pan, sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Cut 7 slits into pork at intervals. Don't cut all the way through.

Step 3Evenly spoon stuffing into slits. In bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, marmalade and parsley. Pour evenly over pork. Bake 50 mins.
