Another casserole my mom would make, and so yummy! I loved her casseroles, other than that she didn't cook many other things, my dad did the "big" cooking, lol.
, but we always loved her casseroles.

1/4 c
mayonnaise, i used light mayo
3/4 c
2 tsp
dijon mustard
1/4 tsp
2 lb
cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 lb
thinly sliced ham, chopped.
6 slice
swiss cheese
1/2 c
plain bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
melted butter

How to Make Easy chicken cordon blue casserole


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and pepper. Pour out 1/2 of mix into small bowl.
  • 2Stir chicken into lg bowl w/ remaining mix. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle ham over casserole. Place cheese slices on top to cover.
  • 3Pour remaining sauce over ham. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 mins, or until golden brown.
