Another casserole my mom would make, and so yummy! I loved her casseroles, other than that she didn't cook many other things, my dad did the "big" cooking, lol. , but we always loved her casseroles.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushrrom soup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, i used light mayo
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham, chopped.
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make easy chicken cordon blue casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and pepper. Pour out 1/2 of mix into small bowl.

Step 2Stir chicken into lg bowl w/ remaining mix. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle ham over casserole. Place cheese slices on top to cover.

Step 3Pour remaining sauce over ham. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 mins, or until golden brown.
