The double clutch comes from using 2 types of ribs, baby back and country style. I used my favorite rub ( use yours ), covered them, and refrigerated until 1:30 this morning, I used my crockpot barbecue pit, and let them cook on high until 6 :30a. The sauce is 1 cup of apple juice and 1 cup of cranberry juice cooked down until syrupy, added Sweet Baby Rays sweet and spicy barbecue sauce with a quarter cup of oyster sauce.I mopped the sauce on, just glazing them.
