It is a family favorite sandwich. It makes a easy lunch. We either eat it plan on bread or with some lettuce & tomato slices. I been eating this sandwich since I was a young child.

    spam, cubed
  • 1/2-1 c
  • 1/3 tsp

How to Make Devils Spread


  1. Cube the spam into bite size pieces. Put in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup mayonnaise & pepper. Taste if more seasoning is needed. Mixture should be creamy & smooth. But not to thin.
  3. Place in covered container. Place in ice box. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Note: Makes a great sandwich spread & or dip. We call this Devil Ham & eat it plan on bread.
