Ingredients
- 4 - bone-in pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 - celery ribs, diced
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
How To Make corny pork chops

Step 1Season pork chops with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until chops are slightly browned; drain.

Step 2In a bowl, combine corn, celery, bread crumbs, ketchup, onion, and remaining salt and pepper.

Step 3Place mixture in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Top with chops.

Step 4Cover and bake in a preheated 325º oven for 40-45 minutes or until meat is tender.
