Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn bread stuffing cubes
  • 1/2 pound buk pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

How To Make corn bread stuffing

  • Step 1
    In a baking dish, combine bread cubes, sausage, cranberries, onions, pecans and thyme. Add chicken broth; mix well. More chicken broth can be added if needed. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
