How To Make brown sugar glazed ribs. iris
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2Combine all dry ingredients into a rub and be generous on both sides. I lined a heavy bottom pan with heavy duty foil, placed the ribs in with 1/2 CUP of water and baked 3 hours. Make sure you have a tight seal.
-
Step 3The last 20 minutes I put a chunk of brown sugar in with a 1/2 CUP of the drippings, pour over the ribs and broiled on high 15 minutes until crispy.
