I used to work for Mark Christianson (a Paraplegic) and he let me try some ribs and I had to have the recipe. I was lucky enough to get it from his GF Christine Perschon. My kids love it and there is never any left overs!!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 c
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    chile sauce
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1
    onion minced
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4 lb
    country style spar ribs pork

How to Make BBQ Ribs in a crock pot


  1. Put everything in 1 pot. Cover and bake in a crock pot or oven at 250 for 4-5 hours
