Wonderful tasting asian pork. Great served w/ white rice or asian noodles.

  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    chinese 5-spice powder
  • 1-1/2 lb
    pork tenderloin, boneless
  • ·
    8 wooden skewers

How to Make Asian grilled 5-spice pork skewers


  1. Soak the skewers in water for 15 mins. In bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients. Slice pork into thin slices. Thread pork onto skewers.
  2. Brush w/ sauce. Heat grill to med-high heat. Place skewers on grill over indirect heat. Cook 5 mins. Brush w/ sauce.
  3. Turn skewers and brush w/ sauce, grill another 5 mins.
