Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chinese 5-spice powder
  • 1-1/2 pound pork tenderloin, boneless
  • - 8 wooden skewers

How To Make asian grilled 5-spice pork skewers

  • Step 1
    Soak the skewers in water for 15 mins. In bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients. Slice pork into thin slices. Thread pork onto skewers.
  • Step 2
    Brush w/ sauce. Heat grill to med-high heat. Place skewers on grill over indirect heat. Cook 5 mins. Brush w/ sauce.
  • Step 3
    Turn skewers and brush w/ sauce, grill another 5 mins.
