Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup apricot preserve
  • 3 tablespoons ligh teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 - boeneless pork loin chops
  • 1/8 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pound snow peas, frozen
  • 1/2 pound angel hair pasta
  • 2 - scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How To Make asian apricot pork w/ pasta

  • Step 1
    Spread 1 tbsp preserve mix over each chop. Cook, covered for about 6-8 mins. Make pasta as directed, adding snow peas the last 3 mins, drain.
  • Step 2
    Set aside 1/4 cup preserve mix. Toss remaining preserve mix w/ pasta and snow peas. Garnish w/ scallions and sesame seeds. Serve pasta mix w/ chops. Spread remaining preserve mix over chops.
