Ingredients
- 2/3 cup apricot preserve
- 3 tablespoons ligh teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 - boeneless pork loin chops
- 1/8 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound snow peas, frozen
- 1/2 pound angel hair pasta
- 2 - scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
How To Make asian apricot pork w/ pasta

Step 1Spread 1 tbsp preserve mix over each chop. Cook, covered for about 6-8 mins. Make pasta as directed, adding snow peas the last 3 mins, drain.

Step 2Set aside 1/4 cup preserve mix. Toss remaining preserve mix w/ pasta and snow peas. Garnish w/ scallions and sesame seeds. Serve pasta mix w/ chops. Spread remaining preserve mix over chops.
