apricot preserve
3 Tbsp
ligh teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
ground ginger
1 Tbsp
canola oil
boeneless pork loin chops
1/8 tsp
each, salt and pepper
1/2 lb
snow peas, frozen
1/2 lb
angel hair pasta
scallions, sliced
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds

How to Make Asian apricot pork w/ pasta


  • 1Spread 1 tbsp preserve mix over each chop. Cook, covered for about 6-8 mins. Make pasta as directed, adding snow peas the last 3 mins, drain.
  • 2Set aside 1/4 cup preserve mix. Toss remaining preserve mix w/ pasta and snow peas. Garnish w/ scallions and sesame seeds. Serve pasta mix w/ chops. Spread remaining preserve mix over chops.
