Zambini from Flying Pie Pizzaria in Boise, Idaho

Sherry Blizzard

Oh gosh...We moved to Boise, Idaho in 1990. We walked the neighborhood every night and found this sweet spot just around the corner. The Zambini was THE was a fast favorite and has stuck with me ever since. It is my husband's go-to favorite pizza recipe on the planet. You won't be sorry if you like a little heat, something different, a sourdough crust and definitely on the edge and totally unusual. If you are adventurous....try this one out for size, you won't be disappointed.
