I love pizza and this is a great low cal version you can dress it any way you like.

low fat low carb whole wheat tortilla (i use a brand called flat out)
1/4 c
fat free mozzarella cheese
8-12 slice
turkey pepperoni
1/3 c
pizza sauce
2 Tbsp
chopped green peppers
2 slice
1/3 small
onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp
low fat mozzarella cheese
2 tsp
parmesan cheese

How to Make Low Fat Pepperoni Pizza on a Flat Out


  • 1Lightly spray the tortilla with Pam.
    Toast the tortilla in a 400 degre oven for 5-7 minutes.
  • 2Remove the flatout and top (in order) with pizza sauce, fat free cheese, pepperoni slices, onions, mushrooms and green pepper.
  • 3Sprinkle with 2 Tbl low-fat mozarella.
    5Bake for 7-10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, slice and serve!
