I think Im getting the hang of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It's all new to me, but I'm learning a lot of new things. I don't miss the meat at all. Fresh noodles with turnip greens and TSP (textured soy protein). Thought I'd share it with JAP"s Enjoycooking....keep it clean

Ingredients

  • ADD 1/2 STOCK TO TSP, LET SOAK 5 MIN. COOK LIKE GROUND BEEF UNTIL DESIRED BROWNESS
  • 1 - ramen noodles (without the season pack)
  • 1/2 cup tsp (textured soy potein)
  • 1 cup cooked turnip greens
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth & (the 1/2 for tsp
  • 2 - scallions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds crushed
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash pizza/pasta seasoning
  • - vegan parmesan cheese, (for garnish)

    Step 1
    Cook TSP as directed
  • Step 2
    Bring 1 cup of stock and onions to boil, then add noodles

    Cook noodles as directed, and add all other ingredients at this time. Cook until noodles are tenders. Let stand for 3 minutes.
