I think Im getting the hang of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It's all new to me, but I'm learning a lot of new things. I don't miss the meat at all. Fresh noodles with turnip greens and TSP (textured soy protein). Thought I'd share it with JAP"s Enjoycooking....keep it clean

Ingredients
- ADD 1/2 STOCK TO TSP, LET SOAK 5 MIN. COOK LIKE GROUND BEEF UNTIL DESIRED BROWNESS
- 1 - ramen noodles (without the season pack)
- 1/2 cup tsp (textured soy potein)
- 1 cup cooked turnip greens
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth & (the 1/2 for tsp
- 2 - scallions chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds crushed
- dash garlic powder
- dash pizza/pasta seasoning
- - vegan parmesan cheese, (for garnish)

Step 1Cook TSP as directed

Step 2Bring 1 cup of stock and onions to boil, then add noodles

Step 3Cook noodles as directed, and add all other ingredients at this time. Cook until noodles are tenders. Let stand for 3 minutes.

Step 4Garnish with vegan cheese and TSP Enjoy.....Keep it Clean
