Ingredients
- 16 ounces linguine
- 2 cans (15 oz) zesty diced tomatoes w/liquid
- 1 - onion, cut in julienne strips
- 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 sprigs basil, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make tomato basil linguine

Step 1Place pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a large pot. Pour in broth and water. Add pepper flakes and oregano. Drizzle top with oil

Step 2Cover pot and bring to boil. Reduce to low, keep covered, cook 10 minutes, stir every 2 minutes.

Step 3Garnish with shredded Parmesan Cheese.
