Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    linguine
  • 2 can(s)
    (15 oz) zesty diced tomatoes w/liquid
  • 1
    onion, cut in julienne strips
  • 4 clove
    garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 2 sprig(s)
    basil, chopped
  • 4 c
    vegetable broth
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Tomato Basil Linguine

Step-by-Step

  1. Place pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a large pot. Pour in broth and water. Add pepper flakes and oregano. Drizzle top with oil
  2. Cover pot and bring to boil. Reduce to low, keep covered, cook 10 minutes, stir every 2 minutes.
  3. Garnish with shredded Parmesan Cheese.
