spicy spaghetti pie
This was given to me by a family I use to babysit for. The kids loved it and the first time I made it for my family it got raves too. So this is a recipes that is sure to please all. Enjoy and let me know what you think

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds vermicelli, uncooked
- 2 - eggs
- ! cup of milk
- 1- 1 1/2 pounds ground meat; i use 1/3 each of beef. pork, and veal; but all beef works just as well
- 1 - medium onion chopped
- 1 - medium green bell pepper
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 medium chopped jalapeno to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can 8 oz. of tomato sauce
- 1 can italian tomatoes
- 3/4 cup parmesean cheese with more for sprinkling on top
How To Make spicy spaghetti pie

Step 1Salt and pepper the meat, then brown it with the onions, jalapeno and bell peppers

Step 2Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. simmer about 20 minutes after about ten minutes add the soup and cheese

Step 3While the sauce is simmering cook the pasta

Step 4Crack the eggs into a large baking dish and mix in the milk to cover the bottom of your dish.

Step 5When the pasta is ready add to the baking dish and toss with egg and milk mixture

Step 6Add the sauce and toss again coating the pasta.

Step 7Top with cheese and bake at 400% for 30-40 minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Enjoy
