speedy skillet lasagna
Went to my card making class called Stampin' Up and ran out of time to prepare dinner so I had to make something fast. This is a 30 minute meal and goes right to the table to serve...very filling and delicious too. Did you see all the yummy fresh spinach that goes in this one? Yumm I added some goodies but original recipe comes from Ninja cookbook.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- - salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 14 large lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 can diced tomatoes, italian seasoned
- 24 ounces marinara sauce or your favorite sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 9 ounces spinach, fresh
- MIX CHEESES TOGETHER IN A BOWL
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan & romano cheese
How To Make speedy skillet lasagna

Step 1Ninja Cooking System

Step 2Place your beef into the Ninja Cooking System and set to stovetop high. Cook meat uncovered till brown, add your seasonings to the beef...about 10 minutes.

Step 3Arrange broken noodles on top of meat and then pour your sauce, diced tomatoes and water over noodles. Set Ninja to STOVE-TOP MEDIUM.

Step 4Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender. --- (This is what it looks like when it is finished cooking.)

Step 5Now add your delicious fresh spinach leaves.

Step 6Stir them into the lasagna.

Step 7Mix together your three cheeses.

Step 8Add the cheeses to the lasagna.

Step 9Mix it together to make it all cheesy good.

Step 10You are ready to serve up this skillet lasagna w/some fresh sliced & buttered Italian bread.
