Ingredients
- 1/4 pound linguimi
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely minced shallots
- 2 - tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon crushed basil leaves
- 1/2 pound cooked, small shrimp
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make shrimp linguini w/ shallots and basil

Step 1Cook linguini as directed, drain. In lg skillet, over high heat, cook garlic and shallots in oil 1 mins.

Step 2Add tomatoes and basil, cook 2 mins, stirring. Add shrimp, cook, stirring until hot and cooked through. Sprinkle w/ green onions, season w/ salt and pepper. Serve over linguini.
