A wonderfully easy, yet elegant dinner made w/ shrimp, shallots, green onions, and basil.

1/4 lb
1 Tbsp
olive oil
2 tsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
finely minced shallots
tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 Tbsp
crushed basil leaves
1/2 lb
cooked, small shrimp
green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Shrimp linguini w/ shallots and basil


  • 1Cook linguini as directed, drain. In lg skillet, over high heat, cook garlic and shallots in oil 1 mins.
  • 2Add tomatoes and basil, cook 2 mins, stirring. Add shrimp, cook, stirring until hot and cooked through. Sprinkle w/ green onions, season w/ salt and pepper. Serve over linguini.
