Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1/4 lb
    linguimi
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely minced shallots
  • 2
    tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    crushed basil leaves
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked, small shrimp
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Shrimp linguini w/ shallots and basil

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook linguini as directed, drain. In lg skillet, over high heat, cook garlic and shallots in oil 1 mins.
  2. Add tomatoes and basil, cook 2 mins, stirring. Add shrimp, cook, stirring until hot and cooked through. Sprinkle w/ green onions, season w/ salt and pepper. Serve over linguini.
