Ingredients
- 7 3/4 ounces can red salmon
- 3 cups cooked noodles
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 10 3/4 cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - grated parmesan cheese
How To Make salmon casserole

Step 1Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid. Combine flaked salmon and liquid with remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese. Place in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Garnish with lemon slice and parsley. Makes 6 servings.
