ranch meatballs surprise
We don't like meatballs that are dry or too hard so with some experimenting I came up with this recipe. These meatballs came out very moist and tasty and everyone liked them.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 package ranch style dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 - mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 jar pasta sauce
How To Make ranch meatballs surprise

Step 1Cut the cheese sticks into 1 cm. pieces. In a mixing ball beat the egg then add all other ingredients except cheese and mix well. Form into 1" balls, make a deep dent in each ball and insert a piece of cheese inside the beef and roll it into a ball again covering the cheese completely.

Step 2Arrange the balls in one layer in a frying pan, cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side till no longer pink.

Step 3In a sauce pan add the pasta sauce over medium heat, then using a slotted spoon, transfer the balls from the frying pan to the sauce pan and let it simmer for 15 to 30 minutes. Serve over Spaghetti or any pasta.
