1Cut the cheese sticks into 1 cm. pieces.
In a mixing ball beat the egg then add all other ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Form into 1" balls, make a deep dent in each ball and insert a piece of cheese inside the beef and roll it into a ball again covering the cheese completely.
2Arrange the balls in one layer in a frying pan, cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side till no longer pink.
3In a sauce pan add the pasta sauce over medium heat, then using a slotted spoon, transfer the balls from the frying pan to the sauce pan and let it simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.
Serve over Spaghetti or any pasta.
