Ingredients
- 16 ounce packages pasta of choice
- 2 slices thinly sliced leeks (white part only)
- 1/2 c. box vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

How To Make peppered pasta

Step 1Put a large pot of water on to boil. When it's boiling, drop in pasta and cook according to pkg. directions.

Step 2Place 1/2 c. vegetable broth in a saucepan with the leeks. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.

Step 3Drain pasta and place in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well. Serve at once.
