- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 1 bunch asparagus, fresh
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomato pesto
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 - garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make orzo pasta w/sun dried tomato pesto & asparagus

Step 1cook orzo until al dente(firm to taste)...rinse and set aside

Step 2in a large pan add olive oil & butter on medium high..cut asparagus into bite size pieces and smash the garlic cloves..add to pan, saute about 5 mins.

Step 3add in the Orzo & Sun Dried tomato pesto, stir , then finish with parmesan cheese...garnish with parsley
