Ingredients
- - 4 cloves of garlic – chopped
- - 2 tablespoons – butter
- - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - ½ cup of italian parsley – chopped
- - 1 cup of frozen peas
- - ½ cup of chicken broth
- - ¼ cup or red wine
- - ½ tsp. salt
- - ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- - grated parmesan or romano cheese
- - 1 lb. of your favorite macaroni
How To Make macaroni with peas

Step 1Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil, butter, garlic and parsley. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant. Add the seasonings and the wine, peas and chicken broth and simmer on low for a minute or two. Prepare the macaroni as directed and lift into the frying pan. Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil, red pepper flakes and grated cheese.
