macaroni with olive sauce
If you like garlic and olives, then you'll like this. It's quick and easy to fix. Great with a salad and crusty bread. I adapted this from a recipe in Pasta Cooking.

Ingredients
- 1 pound macaroni, i used elbows
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups green, kalamata, and/or black olives, large chop
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make macaroni with olive sauce

Step 1Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Step 2While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan.

Step 3Add garlic and olives. Cook 1 minute, reduce heat and keep warm until macaroni is done.

Step 4Drain macaroni, place in a serving dish. Pour sauce over pasta, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve.
