lean ground beef
1/2 cup
small chopped parsley
2 cups
wheat noodles
1 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 lrg
onion small diced
10 ounces
tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp
salt and pepper

How to Make healthy beef and noodle blast off


  • 1In a 12 inch skillet. Brown your ground beef, drain ,place the grown beef back in skillet.
  • 2In a lrg cooking pan cook your wheat noodle according to package directions drain ( can add 1/2 cup of the noodle liquid to skillet when recipes complete to make it moister) add noodles to ground berf in skillet.
  • 3Add the rest of the ingrediants in the skillet and bring skillet to a simmer, simmer for 15 minutes turn off skillet set aside 5 minutes then serve. Top with your favorite shreded cheese
