This is my own recipe i created

Ingredients

  • 2 pds - lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup - small chopped parsley
  • 2 cups - wheat noodles
  • 1 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 lrg - onion small diced
  • 10 ounces - tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp - salt and pepper

How To Make healthy beef and noodle blast off

  • Step 1
    In a 12 inch skillet. Brown your ground beef, drain ,place the grown beef back in skillet.
  • Step 2
    In a lrg cooking pan cook your wheat noodle according to package directions drain ( can add 1/2 cup of the noodle liquid to skillet when recipes complete to make it moister) add noodles to ground berf in skillet.
  • Step 3
    Add the rest of the ingrediants in the skillet and bring skillet to a simmer, simmer for 15 minutes turn off skillet set aside 5 minutes then serve. Top with your favorite shreded cheese
